If you should not be happy with one of our products, we offer a refund guarantee on most of them. The guarantee period for your purchase is listed on the salespage through which you bought.
To get a refund within this guarantee period, just raise a support request here on the helpdesk (or send us an email).
Include your Paypal email address, your Paypal Transaction ID and the exact name of the product. (yes, the last one is important to avoid misunderstandings... ;-) )
If you purchased a subscription through WarriorPlus please also send us the email you used as a "contact email" and your WarriorPlus Transaction ID. Otherwise we might not be able to find your purchase record, or we might accidentally refund the wrong purchase.
And if you simply can't find some of that info anymore: Don't despair, we'll get you sorted! Just send us as much info as you can (your full name, any email addresses you might have used either in paypal or elsewhere), and we'll take it from there.
