Sometimes a software just isn't working as it should, and even the manual doesn't help. If you run into such problems with a software of ours:
Please submit a ticket describing your issues in as much detail as possible:
- It helps us to know what exactly goes wrong, what you did to trigger the problem, etc.
- Your operating system can make a difference, too, thus tell us which operating system (e.g. Windows 10) and which version you're using, and which .NET version is installed on your computer.
- If you get any error messages when you run the software, please quote them in your email, or attach them as text file (or as screenshot in an image).
- If the software provides an error log, attach that to your ticket, too.
In short: The more detailed info you send us, the faster we will be able to solve your problem. Thanks for your help!
