Whatever problem you have, we do our best to help you as fast as possible. But there are a few things that YOU can do, too, to speed things up: :-)

Thankfully, that's quite simple...
You can either reply directly to our emails (above the line at the top, please). Or you can open the ticket thread here in our support web interface and add your reply there. For the latter, you need an account here on the helpdesk, which we recommend anyway.
By keeping all your replies within the same ticket / email thread, all the relevant info about your support request will be kept together in one support ticket. This makes it much easier for us to follow the conversation.
We do our best to reply to all emails within one working day. But since we're real humans here (no bots dealing with your emails), it might in rare cases take a little longer. You should also note that we're on UK time, so "Monday" or "Friday" might not mean the same to you as it means to us...
