We recommend that you create an account for yourself here on our helpdesk, if you haven't already done so.
To do that, click here and then either click on "Sign up" (if you have never dealt with us on this helpdesk before), or click on "Get a password" (if you've already been in contact with us via email). Both options are at the bottom of the pop-up window.
From there, simply follow the instructions to confirm your email address and to set a password.
A helpdesk account has two important advantages for you:

Sometimes emails are blocked by spam filters, or simply get lost on the way. That is very frustrating both for you and for us. With a helpdesk account, you can simply log into your account and check for replies.
- All your support requests in one place!
Just log into your helpdesk account, and you can conveniently see all your support requests and all our replies for future reference.
